I have fifteen years experience teaching in mainstream and grammar settings, with a focus on geography, rugby, and supporting student wellbeing in and out of the classroom.
In 2023 I completed a masters degree in Teaching Mindfulness (MBCT/MBSR) and I have trained as a ILM Level 5 Performance Coaching.
With this blend of skills and experience I help people learn to support themselves whilst going through a range of life challenges, or in preparing for the future.
In addition, I work with organisations to deepen staff wellbeing through practical mindfulness to reduce stress and enhance performance.
