About me
Hi! I’m Andrew…
Why work with me?
My coaching is purpose-led and rooted in values, which I’ve learned are essential to reach authentic outcomes. Having a background in education, coaching and a masters in teaching mindfulness makes me uniquely skilled to support people through challenge and in planning authentic futures, particularly when navigating these crossroads comes with a dose of anxiety.
I am passionate about working with people of all ages navigating life’s crossroads, seeking clarity and direction to ensure their significant next steps are along their own path. My background in mindfulness for enhancing mental health means that reducing stress is a key element for many people who approach me regardless of their stage in life.
A love of rugby and outdoors adventure has always been fundamental to me flourishing. I believe that having foundations of movement, conscious breathing, social connection and time in nature is a platform to support all people to flourish.
Key qualifications to support my experience, include: Masters degree in Teaching Mindfulness (MBCT/MBSR)
ILM Level 5 Performance Coach
300+ hours of high quality 1:1 coaching experience since 2022
Life hasn’t always been smooth for me - I have first hand experience of loss, of feeling isolated, and of navigating a path towards greater purpose and prosperity.
This journey has seen 15 years teaching in mainstream and grammar settings so the challenges faced by young people are deeply familiar to me.
With this blend of skills and experience I help people learn to support themselves whilst going through a range of life challenges, or in preparing for their future. I believe deeply that we all have a life of authenticity waiting within us to be set free.
In addition, I work with organisations, sports teams and leadership groups to reduce stress and enhance performance in the office or on the pitch.
I also have direct experience with loss including from suicide, and am always happy to listen, to talk or lend thoughts on this incredibly difficult subject.
“I just wanted to say that the work you did with me still helps me to this day. I think some of the things my brain couldn’t take in right away, but I still remember it and use lots of the techniques. It was really really helpful!” Emma, 23, composer.
