1:1 coaching

    Many young people benefit from a series of ‘head of year’ style meetings, which can be tailored towards academic, social, or stress related objectives. For others, specific work to reduce anxiety can build confidence and resilience.

    Teen years are some of the most important for setting direction and finding out who we are. Schools are excellent at providing an educational platform but often teenagers struggle with piecing it all together and making a plan (and let’s face it, sometimes they just won’t listen to their parents).

    Consider a one off meeting or a series of sessions to support your child. Typical focus areas include:

    I’ve also designed a short course for people interested in learning about mindfulness but who aren’t able to commit to a 6 or 8 week course. This is a 3 week blast of self-care and practical ideas for your own next steps towards a healthier and richer life, promoting personal wellbeing and turning towards an exciting new chapter.
