“I just wanted to say that the work you did with me still helps me to this day. I think some of the things my brain couldn’t take in right away, but I still remember it and use lots of the techniques. It was really really helpful!”
Helen, mum of three.
“To hear my daughter on Monday morning, back to school, say to me that she wasn’t keen on going but what’s the point of her moaning, and that she needs to just get on with it for the next few months as the exams are happening anyway and she can’t change that… wow.”

I am passionate about working with people of all ages navigating life’s crossroads, seeking clarity and direction to ensure their significant next steps are along their own path. My background in mindfulness for enhancing mental health means that reducing stress is a key element for many people who approach me regardless of their stage in life.
Carving time in nature into our lives is an essential element of being human. So it moving our bodies. Many of my sessions will include moving at your pace in the great outdoors, going for a walk, a run, fishing, or even hitting some golf balls. If you do nothing else, find a place outside where you can move, or simply sit and breathe!
Life hasn’t always been smooth for me - I have first hand experience of feeling isolated, and of navigating a path towards greater purpose and prosperity. I also have direct experience with loss including from suicide, and am always happy to listen, to talk or lend thoughts on this incredibly difficult subject.
